Design and develop a capability to negate the powder position sensitivity issue through a precision design that may feature a reduced capacity polymer, aluminum, or brass case that compacts the powder load and ensures consistent ignition, burn characteristics.

This ammunition provides snipers with consistent groupings, improved accuracy, increased range beyond 250 meters, and better terminal ballistics for 7.62 mm subsonic engagements while maintaining a reduced signature without the need for pre-firing powder stacking.
