Description: Design, develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive program in advanced high stakes negotiation skills. The program will increase Special Operations Forces and interagency operators’ knowledge and proficiency in negotiation techniques that can be applied to any operational environment.

Operational Impact: Prepare SOF operators and interagency personnel from various government agencies to negotiate in highly charged emotional situations.
