Description:

Research, develop, and validate a Close Target Reconnaissance and Physical Surveillance methodology to be applied by Special Operations Forces and interagency personnel in their operations to attack enemy networks. The methodology will be taught to operators at the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School and validated by end users through live exercises.

Enhance CTR and physical surveillance tactics, techniques, and procedures and skill sets for Special Operations Forces and interagency personnel in order to attack the network.
